Designation: Area Sales Manager

Office Location: Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and supervise multiple
On-Field Collection Managers across the assigned location

Drive recovery performance by ensuring
timely follow-up and resolution of delinquent accounts

Formulate and execute collection
strategies at the location level in line with organizational goals

Monitor portfolio health, identify
high-risk accounts, and ensure effective action plans are implemented

Ensure adherence to company policies,
RBI guidelines, and regulatory compliance in all collection practices

Coordinate with external collection
agencies and vendors for recovery support.

Track and report performance metrics,
portfolio trends, and recovery progress to Zonal/National Heads

Provide regular training, mentoring, and
motivation to on-field managers to enhance efficiency and professionalism

Handle escalated customer issues and
resolve disputes effectively to protect customer relationships and brand
reputation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams
(Operations, Legal, Risk, Sales)



for resolution of complex or chronic cases and
drive team performance through regular reviews and structured reporting.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate

712 years of experience in loan
collections, with at least 35 years in a managerial role leading teams.

Experience in home loan or secured loan
collections preferred.
