As an Senior Associate youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
Must have been in a role leading Employee Central track for large multi-country implementation for international or domestic customer
Must have valuable knowledge and hands-on experience of Employee Central all functionalities - Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Perks.
Create an absence time type and a time account type
Enable the assignment of time off master data to employees
Must have independently led the design workshops for customer
Must have an understanding of leading practices and industry best practices
Must have a good understanding of platform-level integration of other modules with Employee Central
Consider regional laws and regulations when implementing Time Off for a specific location
Must have an understanding of the end employee life cycle on the SF platform
Must know integration capabilities of Employee Central with S4H, 3rd Party Payroll and other systems
Must have a positive understanding of Data Migration approach/strategy for Employee Central
