Role & responsibilities
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Investigate hardware, software, or mechanical issues, perform diagnostic tests, and implement effective, on-site or remote solutions.
Maintenance & Repair: Execute routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize equipment downtime and extend system longevity.
Installation & Commissioning: Set up, configure, and calibrate current equipment at client or field sites, ensuring it meets all operational and safety standards.
Client Support & Training: Walk customers through safe equipment operation, explain recent features, and recommend system upgrades.
Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and compile detailed technical reports for management and clients.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Qualification Required: B.Tech/Diploma (Electricals/Electronics)
Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities, proficiency with testing tools, and ability to read technical schematics or blueprints.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, solid interpersonal skills for client-facing communication, and solid time management.
