Role & responsibilities
Machine startup and Factory Acceptance Test as per internal protocol for machine acceptance prior to dispatch.
Collaborate with various team member & resolve issues which may arise while equipment under FAT
Keep detailed records of equipment FAT as per company guidelines.
Assist customers during the visit at Works.
Equipment Installation and Commissioning on site:
Preventive Maintenance, Diagnostic and Repair: of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in Maplan machines on site.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients over the phone, email, or in-person visits.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate having experience of servicing the Rubber or plastic injection molding machine.
OR Candidate working in maintenance department to service injection molding machine
