Job Title: Accounts Executive (2–3 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts and record financial transactions accurately
Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations regularly
Support budgeting activities and track expenses against budgets
Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings
Prepare documentation for audits and assist auditors during audit processes
Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts and financial records
Process payroll and maintain payroll records
Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of financial information
Maintain backups of financial data and records Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B. Com preferred)
Semi-qualified Chartered Accountants (CA Inter/IPCC) are preferred.
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
Good understanding of accounting principles (GAAP basics)
Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar)
Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills:
Experience in startup or technology-driven companies
Exposure to audit processes and financial reporting
Basic understanding of international/US accounting (added advantage)
