Britfort Academy is one of India's leading language training institutes, offering IELTS, PTE, OET, Spoken English, and Study Abroad guidance. We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our Corporate Office in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in students.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Explain course details, fee structure, class schedules, and admission procedures.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups in the CRM.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.




Deliver excellent customer service throughout the admission process.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in Academic Counselling, Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or Education is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Robust interpersonal, convincing, and counselling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace).
Positive attitude with a passion for helping students.
