Account Executive
Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
Monitor and report on the company's financial health.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Perform timely bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledgers.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
Coordinate internal and external audits and provide required financial documents.
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
Supervise and guide the accounting team.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support management decision-making.
Work effectively using SAP for accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations.

Accounts Management

Taxation & Compliance
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

Budgeting & Financial Planning
Manage cash flow effectively.
Prepare budgets and support financial planning activities.
Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements.

Team Management
Supervise and guide accounting staff.
Ensure productive execution of accounting activities.
