Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) Field Sales

Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Drive local market development and sales promotion activities.
Manage dealer, contractor, and distributor relationships.
Expand network coverage and improve product placement.
Coordinate with channel partners for business growth and commercial activities.
Conduct regular market visits and maintain customer engagement.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market developments.
Promote range selling and improve product mix across assigned accounts.
Eligibility
Any Graduate
6 months to 5 yrs of experience in Field Sales, Project Sales, Retail Sales, FMCG Sales, Consumer Durable Sales, Building Materials, Paints, or related sectors
Solid communication and relationship management skills.
