Role Description Counsel prospective students and professionals regarding internship and career development programs.

Understand candidate profiles and recommend suitable technology internship programs based on their educational background and career goals.

Conduct cold calling, lead follow-ups, and conversion activities.

Manage inquiries received through various channels including phone calls, social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective candidates.

Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.





Conduct career guidance sessions and explain program perks, internship structure, placement assistance, and career opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled candidates.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and counseling activities.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Follow up consistently with prospective candidates until closure.

Represent the organization professionally while maintaining high conversion standards. Requirements

1 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Education Sales, Training Sales, EdTech Sales, Direct Marketing, NGO Fundraising, or similar target-driven roles.

Solid communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Proven experience in counseling and sales conversion.

Ability to perform cold calling and handle objections confidently.

Strong understanding of target-driven sales environments.
