Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Operations, HR Operations, Recruitment, Staffing, or IT Services. Duties
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor resource performance and client satisfaction.
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding of deployed resources.
Work closely with HR, Recruitment, Finance, and Technical teams for smooth onboarding.
Coordinate with external vendors and internal recruiters regarding deployment updates.
Ensure timely completion of onboarding documents, approvals, and compliance requirements.
Track deployments, renewals, resource extensions, and account activities.
Maintain accurate CRM records and account documentation.




Prepare weekly and monthly account status reports.
Gather client feedback and identify future staffing prospects.
Ensure high client satisfaction through timely issue resolution and proactive communication.

Requirements
Experience in IT Staffing or Staff Augmentation is preferred.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
