Expertise in Python.
Knowledge in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) test settings and embedded SW development
Monitoring, controlling, and reporting of defined test and quality management KPIs, including regular reviews
Experience in Quality Management: defining quality processes, criteria, standards,



strategy, and metrics for product and process quality
Experience with ISO9001 and ASPICE specifications, models, and processes.
Experience ensuring end-to-end traceability across development lifecycle and verifying all required work products.
Proficiency with virtualization technologies and concepts.
Familiarity with LLM and RAG methodologies
Familiarity with DevOps workflows and CI/CD/CT pipelines
Ability to report KPIs using dashboards f.i Grafana, AQS and track development/testing workflows in Jira
Basic knowledge of source code tools and CI tools (GitHub, Zuul, Python)

Additional Desirable Skills
ISTQB certification.
Experience collaborating with development teams and stakeholders
Experience with requirements-based testing and processes (e.g., Codebeamer)
Functional Safety experience (ISO 26262)
Readiness to work according to an agile development methodology like Scrum.
Fluent English for qualified use, German is a plus.
University degree in Computer Science / Electronics or a similar field of study (B.E./ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ Ph.D.).
