Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
Explain university options, eligibility, fee structures, scholarships, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective students and parents.
Coordinate documentation and admission processes.
Maintain student records and CRM.
