We are looking for an experienced Python Developer who can efficiently handle ongoing maintenance-based projects and actively leverage AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, and optimization.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with Django and Django Rest Framework, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams and U.S.-based clients.

Role & Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Python
Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Django and DRF
Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, or similar) to improve development speed and code quality.
Debug, fix bugs, and resolve performance and scalability issues
Work on ongoing maintenance and enhancement projects with quick turnaround times
Deploy, manage, and maintain applications on AWS
Handle complex technical issues related to web application development




Coordinate with Front-end developers and QA teams
Participate in project execution and client communication

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Proven expertise in Python Django with DRF
Experience working on maintenance-based or long-running projects
Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools for faster delivery
Fluent in English for effective client communication
Strong solution-oriented and ownership mindset
Good team player with the ability to work independently

Nice to Have (Solid Advantage)
Experience with legacy code refactoring
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of performance monitoring and optimization
