Role & responsibilities

Astro Aakshar is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Relationship Manager who can build strong and lasting relationships with clients, ensure high satisfaction levels, and contribute to consistent sales growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communication, scheduling appointments, conducting timely follow-ups, and maintaining exceptional service standards aligned with our 24-hour support culture.

The candidate will receive additional performance-based incentives on top of their base salary
Build and maintain robust relationships with current and existing clients.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and email communications professionally.
Schedule and manage astrology consultation appointments efficiently.
Conduct follow-ups for feedback, repeat consultations, and product/service purchases.




Coordinate with astrologers and internal teams for seamless service delivery.
Resolve client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
Assist the sales team in closing high-value consultations and product packages.
Maintain accurate client data and update CRM records regularly.
Ensure a proactive, responsive, and service-oriented mindset at all times.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
Strong relationship-building and convincing abilities.
Positive knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
Calm, patient, and solution-oriented approach.
Experience in astrology, wellness, or service-based industries is an added advantage.
