Job Position: Admission Counselor

​We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Admission Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through our academic programs, admission requirements, and enrollment processes.

​Key Responsibilities:-

​Prospect Engagement: Handle inbound inquiries and reach out to prospective students via phone, email, and walk-ins.

​Counseling & Guidance: Provide detailed information regarding courses, fee structures, career pathways, and institutional advantages.

​Admission Pipeline Management: Guide candidates seamlessly through the complete application, documentation, and enrollment lifecycle.

​Data Maintenance: Accurately track prospective student interactions and follow-up schedules in the CRM database.





​Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly admission and conversion goals.

​Job Details & Requirements.

​Work Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

​Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

​Location Eligibility: Only for residents of Meerut

​Salary Range: 12,000 INR to 20,000 INR per month (commensurate with experience)

​Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must bring and use their own laptop.

​Training & Onboarding

​1 Month Paid Training will be provided upon joining to familiarize you with our programs, communication frameworks, and internal systems.
