Job Role:

Guide and work with the client teams on projects as per the designed approach, ensure

adherence to project milestones and ensure timely delivery of agreed results

Conducting Consulting assignments and training workshops onsite

Identifying issues/ bottlenecks and implementing solutions along with client teams

Ability to assist team with data analysis and problem solving

Build and continuously update Domain knowledge

Support knowledge management on creating / assimilating new methodologies, tools and

techniques, as well as converting experiences on projects into case studies for the

organization

Open to travel extensively

Desired Skills:
Candidate should possess sound understanding of Operations and Manufacturing
Candidate should possess sound knowledge of Lean Management Systems
Candidate should have implemented similar projects during his work experience
Knowledge of TOC or Six Sigma would be an added advantage (not mandatory)
Knowledge of advanced excel, power point and other MS Office tools is a must
Candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills
Should have ability to lead the team
Should have high convincing ability
Should possess passion for improvement activities




Self-motivated with a positive and qualified approach to management

Managing projects and programs
Leading and managing those within the team
Liaising with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions
Educational Qualification:
B.E./ B.Tech (any specialization) from premier institutes

Experience:
Candidate may have 6 8 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, supply
chain, operations, and strategy or projects environment
