Key Responsibilities Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to all quality laboratory and site safety protocols.
Conduct regular safety training for technical and laboratory staff.
Escalate quality and safety concerns promptly.
Quality Management
Monitor and test incoming raw materials as per quality standards.
Validate and implement concrete mix designs.
Maintain records of raw materials, cube tests, and quality reports.
Ensure compliance with QCI and other applicable quality standards.
Monitor admixture quality and consumption.
Investigate and close customer quality complaints within defined timelines.
Technical Operations
Control and optimize material consumption to achieve cost efficiency.
Monitor workability and cube strength results.
Support implementation of triple blending and other quality initiatives.
Ensure calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
Customer Support
Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to understand customer requirements.
Visit customer sites to resolve technical issues and provide quality support.
Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Product Development
Work closely with Area Quality Manager on Value Added Product (VAP) development.
Conduct plant-level trials and customize products based on customer requirements.
Inventory & Documentation
Monitor daily inventory of cementitious materials.
Support month-end stock reconciliation activities.
Ensure proper documentation of quality reports, calibration records, and test certificates.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Achievement of Safety KPIs.
Quality compliance and zero major quality deviations.
Material optimization and cost reduction.
Effective mix design implementation.
Timely customer complaint resolution.
QCI certification compliance.
Documentation and calibration adherence.
