Sales & Conversion
Explain the advantages of courses, fees, and career prospects.
Persuade students to enroll or register for admission.
Follow up with leads until they complete admission.
Student Counselling
Talk with students (phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person).
Understand their education background, interests, and career goals.
Suggest suitable courses or programs offered by the institute
Lead Management
Handle inquiries from website, ads, social media, or walk-ins.
Maintain records of leads in CRM or Excel.
Track daily calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Admission Process Support
Guide students through application forms, documents, and fee payment.
Coordinate with the admission or academic team.
Targets & Reporting
Usually has monthly or weekly admission targets.
Report daily calls, meetings, and admissions closed.
