Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
Handle GST calculations, return filing, and compliance.
Prepare and manage TDS deductions, payments, and return filing.
Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis.
Maintain ledger accounts, journals, and cash/book records.
Assist in monthly and yearly account closing activities.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during statutory and tax audits.




Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required by management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Experience in Bank Reconciliation.
Knowledge of statutory compliance and audit documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in accounting.
Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Positive knowledge of bookkeeping and financial documentation.
Honest, organized, and detail-oriented.
