Source and procure all types of construction materials including civil, steel, cement, RMC, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, finishing materials, hardware, sanitaryware, tiles, paint, fixtures, machinery, tools, equipment, and project-related services.
Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate prices, payment terms and contracts, issue Purchase Orders (POs), and ensure timely procurement and delivery as per project requirements.
Coordinate with project, site, store, accounts, and vendors to ensure material availability, monitor inventory, track orders, resolve quality/delivery issues, and support uninterrupted project execution.
