Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key customers such as painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct site visits to identify and pursue recent business opportunities.
Organize and lead weekly shop meetings with applicators to drive product adoption and team alignment.
Submit accurate and timely daily sales reports via the online portal.
Spend at least two hours daily at the assigned store to engage customers and support sales activities.

Job Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Fresh graduates or professionals from insurance or banking sectors with sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven by performance targets.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and consistently meet sales targets.
Valid two-wheeler is mandatory for field operations.
Age criteria:



Candidates must be between 18 years old to 30 years old.
