Role Description This is a full-time, in office Admissions Counselor role based in Noida and Gurgaon.

The Admissions

Counselor will guide prospective learners through the admission process, including handling inquiries, explaining program offerings, and assessing applicant fit based on interests and career goals. The role involves conducting informational calls or meetings, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate records in admissions systems.

Counselor will collaborate with academic and marketing teams to align messaging, support enrollment targets, and provide a high-quality customer experience from first contact through enrollment.



The position requires consistent on-site presence to support walk-in inquiries, events, and information sessions.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with prospective learners and internal teams.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide responsive, empathetic, and solution-oriented support throughout the admissions journey.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to manage leads, present program advantages clearly, and support conversion and enrollment goals ethically.
Candidates should possess an understanding of the Education domain, including familiarity with professional upskilling and career-focused learning programs.
Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in admissions, counseling, or education sales; proficiency with CRM or admissions management tools; strong organizational and follow-up skills; and the ability to work with diverse learner profiles.
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, along with a demonstrated interest in education, career development, or learner success.
