Key Responsibilities
Handle Import/Export documentation including Shipping Bills, Bills of Entry, and Bills of Export through ICEGATE & SEZ Online.
Coordinate with Customs authorities and CHA for cargo clearance and SEZ gate activities.
Manage SEZ inward/outward transactions, invoice endorsements, and material gate passes.
Ensure compliance with Customs, SEZ, FTP, and GST regulations.
Generate E-Way Bills and maintain all statutory records and reports.
Support DTA sales, scrap sales, and related documentation as per SEZ norms.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Customs Act, SEZ Act & Rules, Foreign Trade Policy, and basic GST.
Hands-on experience with ICEGATE, SEZ Online, SAP, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Valuable communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Team player, quick learner, and flexible to work in shifts.

Preferred Candidate
48 years of experience in Customs/EXIM/SEZ Operations.
Valuable command of English (written and spoken).
