Skills & Job Descriptions
Production chemist for the nutraceutical product manufacturing
Expertise : tablet manufacturing, Syrup manufacturing, Protein powder manufacturing, Effervescent tablet manufacturing
Effectively perform Pharmacuetical Health Care tablet and capsules analysis techniques
Preparing test solutions, compounds, and reagents for conducting tests and advising and coordinating test procedures.
Determining chemical and physical properties, compositions, structures, relationships, and reactions of organic and inorganic compounds.




Evaluating and ensuring compliance with laboratory safety procedures and standards.
Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Perform inspections, tests, and measurements, documenting results accurately and thoroughly.
Identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement, and work closely with relevant departments to resolve issues.
Ensure that all products meet safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance protocols and procedures to minimize defects and optimize efficiency.
Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring all required documentation is in place and up to date.
