Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Developer with expertise in Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, Python, and Machine Learning to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), integrating AI services into enterprise platforms, and deploying scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Build intelligent applications leveraging RAG, prompt engineering, semantic search, and AI agents.
Develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
Build scalable APIs and AI services using Python.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and data scientists to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
Optimize AI model performance, accuracy, scalability, and cost.




Deploy and manage AI workloads using Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Functions, and AKS.
Follow best practices for Responsible AI, security, governance, and model monitoring.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to AI architecture and innovation.
