The Role

We’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist who owns strategy — not just execution.

You will build, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, communicate directly with clients, and take full responsibility for performance outcomes.

This is a strategic, client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Optimisation

Set paid ads strategy across Google & Meta

Make independent decisions to scale, pause, or restructure campaigns

Conduct account audits and identify growth opportunities

Google Ads

Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max & YouTube

Handle keyword strategy, bidding, and A/B testing

Ensure accurate conversion tracking (GTM / GA4)

Meta Ads





Build full-funnel campaigns (TOF–MOF–BOF)

Develop audience and creative testing strategies

Monitor Pixel & CAPI health

Client Communication

Send monthly performance reports (insight-led, not data dumps)

Lead paid media discussions on strategy calls

Communicate proactively when performance shifts Requirements 3+ years Google Ads experience

3+ years Meta Ads experience

Robust understanding of tracking (GTM, GA4)

Experience communicating directly with clients

Ability to write transparent, data-driven reports

Excellent written English
