Requirements
CPA preferred; Enrolled Agent (EA) required at minimum
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
10+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on U.S. international tax
Robust foundation in U.S. business taxation, including corporations, S corporations, and partnerships
Experience advising clients on both inbound and outbound U.S. international tax matters
Robust technical knowledge of U.S. international tax provisions, including Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and foreign tax credits
Experience preparing and reviewing complex U.S. international tax filings, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 1120-F, 8992, 8993, and other related international information returns
Experience with cross-border structuring, tax treaties, transfer pricing concepts, and international tax planning
Solid tax research and technical writing skills




Experience managing multiple client engagements and consistently meeting deadlines
Proven ability to review work, mentor staff, and provide technical guidance
Experience coordinating effectively with offshore teams, including delegating work, reviewing deliverables, and managing workflows
Excellent project management, organizational, and client communication skills
Proficiency with CCH Axcess, GoSystem, OneSource, or similar tax software, as well as Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality client service
