Role Description This is a full time, on-site Appointment Setter role based in Noida.

The Appointment

Setter will contact prospective and existing clients through phone, email, and messaging platforms to introduce company services and secure appointments for the sales and consulting teams.

Responsibilities include qualifying leads, managing appointment calendars, confirming meeting details, and updating CRM or lead-tracking tools accurately. The role involves handling inbound inquiries, performing follow-ups to nurture leads,



and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth handoff to relevant team members.

The Appointment

Setter is expected to maintain professional communication standards, meet daily and weekly targets, and contribute to a positive client experience. Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling.

Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and lead qualification.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills and a client-focused mindset.

Comfort with phone-based outreach, email tools, and CRM or lead management software.

Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple appointments and priorities.

Prior experience in sales support, telecalling, or appointment setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
