Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineering Lead to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a robust software engineering background with hands-on experience building production-ready LLM applications, AI platforms, and intelligent agent systems. This role requires technical leadership, architecture expertise, and the ability to mentor engineering teams while delivering innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy scalable GenAI and Agentic AI applications for enterprise use cases.
Lead the end-to-end development of AI platforms, intelligent assistants, and workflow automation solutions.
Architect and implement multi-agent systems using modern agentic frameworks and SDKs.
Develop robust RAG pipelines integrating vector databases, knowledge graphs, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
Build reusable AI services, prompt orchestration,



evaluation pipelines, and deployment frameworks.
Ensure production readiness through observability, monitoring, testing, guardrails, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Mentor engineers, conduct design/code reviews, and establish engineering best practices for AI application development.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and LLM advancements.

Required Skills & Experience
6–8 years of software engineering experience with 1–2 years of hands-on experience building GenAI/LLM-based applications.
Proven portfolio of enterprise AI solutions, AI platforms, or production-grade LLM applications.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent practical experience.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
