JOB PURPOSE : Delivering Customer satisfaction by making the internal operational processes smooth using CRM Tools, analyzing customer data and alingling with business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administering and optimizing the CRM system, including data entry, segmentation, and reporting.
Close coordination with Sales, Sourcing , logistic & Warehousing (production) for smooth proceedings of operations resulting in customer satisfaction.
Understanding and utilizing various CRM technologies and tools to manage customer data and automate processes.
Creating Sales order, Invoices , PDIs.
Analyzing forecast, deliveries, stock.
Bridge between all the internal customers.
