Agency Development Manager – Position: Agency Development Manager (ADM) Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard insurance advisors through field activities, networking, and referrals.
Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to improve sales performance.
Drive insurance sales by supporting advisors in acquiring recent customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with advisors and customers.
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and field visits with advisors.
Monitor advisor productivity and provide performance feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Identify new business prospects and expand the agency network.
Deliver excellent customer service and support policy retention.
