A Reputed Insurtech MNC is hiring AI Architect with deep expertise in Java Programming.

Location: Noida/ Gurgaon/ Bangalore

Experience: 11 years - 17 years

Role Description The Agentic AI Architect (Platform Engineering, Java, Spring Boot) will design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient platform architectures that support agentic AI workloads and enterprise applications.

This is a full time hybrid role based in Noida, with a mix of in office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining system and integration architectures, developing backend services using Java and Spring Boot, and applying design patterns to build maintainable, modular components.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Software Architecture and Software Design skills, with experience in designing distributed, cloud-native, and microservices-based systems.
Candidates should possess hands-on Software Development and Programming skills, particularly in Java, Spring Boot,



and related backend frameworks.
Candidates should possess deep knowledge of Design Patterns and best practices for building modular, testable, and maintainable enterprise applications.
Experience with AI/ML platforms, Agentic AI systems, or integrating AI services into production-grade platforms is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
Robust skills in performance optimization, scalability, security, and observability across large-scale systems are advantageous.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
