Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a solid Microsoft technology background to lead the successful delivery of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in .NET technologies, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure, along with expertise in Agile project management, stakeholder communication, and technical solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-production support.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning.
Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure successful project execution.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Review solution architecture and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, coding best practices, and delivery processes.
Manage client communication,



status reporting, and stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts.

Required Technical Skills
Robust experience in Microsoft .NET technologies (.NET Core/.NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC/Web API)
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online/On-Premises and Microsoft 365 solutions.
Positive understanding of Azure Cloud Services.
Experience with SQL Server and database design.
Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, and system integrations.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is an advantage.
