Roles and Responsibilities :
Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Manage manpower resources effectively to optimize productivity and efficiency on the assembly line.
Ensure timely completion of production tasks by monitoring progress against schedules and identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to wiring harnesses, production assembly, and line balancing.
Implement Line Balancing techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Develop and implement Daily Production Planning strategies to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements :
Strong understanding of daily production planning, line balancing, manpower handling, and wiring harness processes.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced workplace with multiple priorities.
Experience in production assembly and line balancing is desirable.
Knowledge of wire harness manufacturing processes and procedures is preferred.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Effective communication and teamwork skills are required.
