Key Responsibilities:
Build solid relationships with assigned bank branch staff.
Generate life insurance business through bank branches.
Train bank staff on insurance products and support them in sales.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain business quality.
Handle an Open Architecture model with multiple insurance partners.
Travel and branch visits will be required.
Requirements:
Life Insurance experience is mandatory.
Solid sales and communication skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
