Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.

Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.

Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall functionality.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Datamart Reporting.

Experience in analyzing and interpreting data from complex reporting systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within integrated software environments.

Solid problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiarity with database querying and report generation techniques.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Murex Datamart Reporting.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
