We are looking for an experienced Enterprise AI Consultant – Manufacturing to lead AI-driven digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with IT leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement enterprise AI and Business Intelligence solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
Define and drive enterprise-wide Data & AI architecture and transformation strategy.
Design and implement scalable cloud-based data and AI platforms.
Lead large-scale data modernization, OT/IT integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with manufacturing stakeholders to identify high-value AI and analytics use cases.
Translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions by working with Data Engineering and Data Science teams.
Develop and oversee AI Proof of Concepts (PoCs), validate solutions, and support production deployment.
Integrate manufacturing systems including MES, SCADA, PLCs, Historians, IoT, and enterprise applications.
Ensure AI solutions align with business objectives, operational workflows, and manufacturing best practices.





Required Skills
Robust expertise in Enterprise Data & AI Architecture.
Experience with cloud modernization and scalable platform design.
Proven leadership in large-scale data modernization and OT/IT transformation.
Hands-on experience integrating Historians, MES, SCADA, PLCs, IoT, and enterprise systems.
Valuable understanding of manufacturing shop floor operations, supply chain, and operational workflows.
Strong expertise in Snowflake, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML, and industrial data systems.
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI frameworks, and data engineering fundamentals.
Experience in leading AI PoCs, solution validation, and production deployment.
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.

Experience working in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive AI adoption across the enterprise.
