Role & responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Create 3D models and highly realistic renderings using SketchUp, D5 Render, and other visualization tools.
Work collaboratively with internal teams including design, engineering, and project management.
Translate sketches and ideas into digital models and compelling visual presentations.
Prepare and review architectural drawings and technical documents.
Ensure designs align with client requirements, building codes, and regulations.
Participate in project meetings and communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders and clients.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.




2+ years of professional experience in architectural design and visualization.
Solid proficiency in SketchUp and D5 Render (or comparable real-time rendering software).
Working knowledge of 3DMax, AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and Lumion is a plus.
Excellent understanding of architectural detailing and building systems.
Robust design sensibility and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
