5.Maintaining and promoting a protected work workplace by ensuring employees are following safety protocols consistent with company policies and procedures.

6.Auditing and approving hours in the time keeping system.

7.Playing a key role in implementation of recent processes, equipment, and products.
Leading the advancement and implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives in the department.
