Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of Field Collection Executives.
Ensure monthly collection and recovery targets are achieved.
Monitor field visits and customer follow-ups.
Coach and motivate the team to improve recovery performance.
Handle high-value delinquent accounts and escalations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
Conduct audits, review collection cases, and maintain MIS.
Organize daily team meetings (huddles) and training sessions.
Candidate Profile
25 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Sales, Operations, or Customer Service.
Experience handling a field team is preferred.
Valuable leadership and people management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with field operations.
