Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.





Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize application performance.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.

Experience in managing and troubleshooting server environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Strong knowledge of system monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.

Ability to analyze logs and diagnose complex issues within distributed systems.

Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.

This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
