AI/ML Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid programming skills, experience with machine learning frameworks, and the ability to build scalable AI applications that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models.
Build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI agents.
Collect, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models.
Integrate AI models into web and mobile applications through APIs.
Optimize model performance, latency, and inference costs.
Deploy AI applications using cloud platforms and containerization tools.




Monitor production AI systems and improve model performance.
Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams.

Required Skills
Robust proficiency in Python.
Positive understanding of machine learning algorithms.
Experience with NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
Familiarity with prompt engineering and RAG architectures.
Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Milvus).
Knowledge of REST APIs and FastAPI or Flask.
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Understanding of Git, Docker, and Linux.
