Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance collective expertise.

Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical issues promptly.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities related to enterprise warehouse management systems.

Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex software issues in integrated business settings.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse audiences.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
