Role Description The Assistant Manager role at Bajaj Broking is a full time, in office position based in Vadodara.
The Assistant
Manager will support day-to-day branch operations, oversee client onboarding and service requests, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves coordinating with sales and customer service teams, monitoring trading and investment activities, and preparing regular reports on performance, client engagement, and operational efficiency.

Manager will help implement business development initiatives, resolve client queries promptly, and maintain high standards of service quality and process accuracy.
Qualifications Strong knowledge of capital markets, including equities, bonds, and investment products, with the ability to explain these to clients clearly.
Experience in branch operations, client servicing, or relationship management in broking, banking, or financial services.
Proficiency in using trading platforms, back-office systems, and standard office software (e.g., Excel, Word, email tools).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer-centric service.
Ability to work accurately under time constraints, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance norms relevant to stockbroking and financial services.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications in securities markets (e.g., NISM modules) are an advantage.
Prior experience in a broking house or financial institution in a similar role is preferred.
