We are seeking a detail-oriented and productive GSA-Housekeeping to join our team in Ibis Pune Viman Nagar, India. As a Guest Service Associate specializing in housekeeping, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming workplace for our guests.
Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces according to established standards and procedures
Properly use cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals while adhering to safety guidelines
Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping matters
Restock guest room amenities, linens, and supplies as needed
Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness, functionality, and maintenance issues
Report any damages, deficiencies, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences




Maintain organized storage areas and manage inventory of cleaning supplies
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being qualified and welcoming
Excellent organizational skills and time management
