We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Officer to join our team in the CAT - Loyalty department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loyalty programs and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in loyalty programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and services.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing loyalty programs, making recommendations for optimization.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with loyalty programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on loyalty program best practices.
