Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.





Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall team efficiency.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex issues.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Implementation.

Solid understanding of network protocols, firewall configurations, and intrusion detection systems.

Experience with vulnerability assessment and risk mitigation strategies.

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex network security incidents.

Familiarity with security compliance standards and best practices.

Skilled in monitoring tools and security information and event management systems.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Security Implementation.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
