Role & responsibilities
Seeking a Civil Engineer with 810 years of experience in high-rise residential projects. The candidate should have solid expertise in RCC structural works, Mivan shuttering, project execution, quality control, and contractor management to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities -
Execute and supervise RCC structural works for high-rise residential projects.
Manage Mivan aluminium formwork activities, including planning, cycle management, and execution.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, QA/QC, MEP, and planning teams.
Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, IS Codes, and project quality requirements.
Review contractor performance and certify work execution for billing.
