Key Responsibilities

We required someone from an apparel brand or reputed buying house. (someone from buyer side not from factory or manufacturing plant side)
Manage and track the T&A; calendar from order placement to shipment.
Monitor production milestones, identify delays, and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with garment factories, fabric mills, and trim suppliers for smooth production.
Follow up on tech packs, approvals, and production status.
Manage the complete sampling process (Proto, Fit, Size Set, PP & TOP samples).
Ensure fabric, trims, and accessories are available before bulk production.
Assist in fabric, trim, and garment costing.
Maintain BOM and update ERP/PLM records.
Required Skills
35 years of merchandising experience in an Apparel Brand or Buying House.
Bachelor's/Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Production, Fashion Technology, or related field.
Robust knowledge of garment production, T&A; management, fabrics, trims, garment construction, and lead times.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP/PLM.
Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
