Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end tele-collections for the Consumer Durable (CD) portfolio.
Lead and monitor the performance of tele-calling executives and collection agencies.
Ensure monthly collection, roll-back, and recovery targets are achieved.
Allocate accounts to internal teams and agencies based on bucket strategy.
Track daily productivity, PTP (Promise to Pay), contactability, and collection efficiency.
Conduct regular performance reviews with team members and agency partners.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, collection policies, and customer service standards.
Analyze delinquency trends and implement strategies to improve recoveries.
Coordinate with Operations, Credit, and Business teams for issue resolution.
Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
